Missing orders when paying with Paypal

Orders continue not to populate to my HSN account when I pay with Paypal. I do not have multiple accounts and my email is same for HSN and Paypal. This is very annoying and I have asked about it before but nothing gets done. I shall hold back from ordering from HSN until this is fixed. There is no excuse. A payment is a payment, you accept paypal and bottom line is it is an HSN order. Fix it.

I agree!
Even after multiple attempts, still says no valid payment info after trying to pay with PayPal , no record of my transaction when using PayPal
Frustrating and will not make any more purchases with hsn for this reason.
They should just be clear and say they do not accept PayPal
