Missing MacBook
I ordered a MacBook Pro on May 31, that had a 3-7 day delivery estimate, but has not arrived as of 8:46 PM on May 10. What can be done??

I’m truly sorry that your laptop hasn’t arrived yet, @mrbill01201! Thank you for your patience. UPS Tracking shows that it was delivered this morning, 6/12. Please let us know if you still haven’t received it.

I did receive it this morning thank you….just a frustrating experience. I, too, work in e-commerce, and through this experience could put myself in the customer’s shoes who I help daily for the company I work for
