I am done shopping at HSN..The CS and shipping are horrendous..I have ordered many items that took over 3 weeks to receive. The delay in refunding your account is also unacceptable. I called CS requesting a refund and was told I had to wait 6 weeks..I’m tired of the Covid excuses..when an item is shipped UPS, I have no problems.QVC is equally as bad. Been waiting for a refund for over 4 weeks. They have really gone downhill!
