
Lost shipment?
With regards to my order that was placed on Dec. 13 2022.
Item # 824-369.
Tracking shows it was in my hometown’s post office on Dec. 17th which was 5 days prior to our blizzard arrival and post office is literally 4 minutes up the road.
On Dec 31st I checked tracking and see it went to Virginia then to Ohio and on Dec. 23!
And as of Dec. 23 are unable to give me a delivery date.
Can you please, please look into this for me?

Happy New Year @jodyjo3 and I am sorry to hear that you’re still waiting on your order. As it has been over 10 days since your order has shipped, I can issue a refund. Sadly, the item is on waitlist or I would have offered a replacement to be sent.
