Live streaming keeps going out this afternoon on mobile app. Happened several times during current Doll 10 show.

Again this evening trying to live stream Doll 10 on my mobile HSN app and when I try to order an item I keep getting the message it doesn’t recognize item # and the stream comes and goes. So very frustrating when trying to see demos about products. Please fix this. As others have said this mobile app needs serious help. I’ve restarted cell and uninstalled/reinstalled and I am tired of doing that because that never helps. This happens way too frequently.
