Hi @pat210, I am so sorry for the troubles viewing the Livestreams! You might consider clearing your web browser & cookies, trying another browser, shutting down your device for five minutes, or if you’re utilizing the app, uninstall it and re install it before reentering the Livestream. This can help iron out any wrinkles while watching and shopping online. Please let us know if this doesn’t resolve your concerns. We’re here to help you.

  This is happening again this evening. None of your suggestions help. This happens too often and these same steps shouldn’t have to be completed this often. It does not appear to be on my end. The mobile app live stream needs work.

  During live stream on the HSN mobile app it sometimes goes into a stalled screen when I try to unmute sound and turn off CC with screen going blank like it’s trying to figure out what to do. I have an android device and it only happens sometimes while trying to watch a show I like. I have uninstalled app and reinstalled and cleared multiple times. Time of day varies
