Lindsay tablet
I got it about a month ago but it keeps turning off on me. It’s saying battery is hot and it’s not. I just turned it on. When I try charging it it says over heating turning off. All I want is to stream.

I am truly sorry you’re having trouble with your tablet, @andriana96. I’ve pulled up your order , and sadly, we currently have no more available to send out for replacement. I have noted your order as Defective and arranged for a prepaid label to be sent to you via regular mail which will arrive within 5 to 7 business days. You will not be charged for the return and will receive a full refund once we have verified the tablet has been received back.
In the meantime, please go through your product paperwork. If you find a support number, I recommend giving them a call to see if they can troubleshoot this with you – or if they have a warranty and can send you a replacement.
