Why does hsn post orders that say delivered yet they didn’t and to boot charged extra $20

@ihateuhsn, I’m sorry to see this. When I look into your orders I see that this order had 2-day delivery selected which s why you were charged $19.22 for S&H. According to UPS, this order was delivered yesterday around 3:26pm. Did you not receive this order?
