Letter

I received a nice letter today telling me I return too many items and my account can be deleted if it keeps happening. Well I barely buy anything on HSN and do not appreciate this. This is how a company treats customers? Banning them from shopping? Quarate retail group has ruined these companies not to mention cost thousands their jobs in Rocky Mount. Please do keep your promise and delete my account you have lost me and my family as customers.
