Let down
Total let down with HSN! I order a gift for Christmas and three days later get a message saying order cancelled. They still have my first down payment! If they are not going to let you use Flex pay, they should let you know right away!

I really am sorry for the inconvenience the canceled order has caused, @ronna1. I have sent an electronic request for the authorizations to be released from your account. The time frame as to when the funds will become available is dependent upon your financial institution’s release of funds policy.
