
Left without a Christmas present for my child
I purchased a MacBook that was supposed to be delivered on 12/23. The item didn’t ship until 12/29. While tracking my package, I realized it was being returned to HSN. Customer service is a joke and their only reply is “I’m sorry” but they never offer a solution to the problem at hand. I will never buy anything from this site again.
