Is anyone else having issues tracking the shipping of their La-Z Boy from the TS? I received the email from HSN saying it had shipped with a tracking link that takes you to CEVA Logistics. When you put in the tracking number, you’re greeted with a pop-up that says, “We could not find any shipments that match the information provided. This could be because we are still processing your shipment. Please allow 48 hours from the time you receive your tracking number for it to become visible on our website and before calling to inquire.” It shipped last Friday.

I haven’t received any calls or emails from them to set up a delivery date. I’m hoping this truck is delivering to a local La-Z Boy store, and they will deliver it on a smaller truck. I’m on a tiny cul-de sac road, maybe 500′ long x 8′ wide, that forks off of another road right in a hairpin turn. I had a logistics company deliver a treadmill TS a few years ago, and I tried to explain on three different calls that they would not be able to get in here with a large truck, one on the morning of delivery, which we were having a typical all-day January downpour, with fog. They assured me it was a UPS size truck….. it was a 16 wheeler, that got stuck in the mud when it when off the edge of the road and into a soggy shoulder trying to drive in, and then when they tried again via backing in!! The driver said they were never told about the road, and had they, they would’ve never attempted to deliver it. They couldn’t even drive in front of the house due to a low power line that crosses the road.

I really hope that’s not what I’m going to have to deal with again.
