Kudos to a Team Member

I spoke with customer service earlier this week.

Please let the lady that I spoke with know that I really appreciate her. I don’t recall her name. She was kind, caring, and considerate. HSN could afford to have more employees like her.

The call was about products that I bought from HSN that are defective. I was bummed out about it, so I appreciate her kindness.
