are you able to go into my account and under spendable cash it says “available coupons” and it says “there are no coupons associated with this account” I also noticed that the wording on the coupon has changed it said before expires 2-28 now it says “30 days from date received” will I received it on 2-1 when it started so regardless of the change in wording I havent had it 30 days. What’s going on? This seems very strange and I need you to help me resolve. It is a very good coupon and I don’t want to lose it. Can you try again to put in my account and make sure under my “coupons available” it is listed? Thank you

Hi @jazzy333, please refrain from creating multiple threads regarding this concern. I have added the coupon to your account 3 times on my end and it shows that it is attached to your account.

well as I explained previously before today it said it was valid 2-1 through 2-28, I did not receive it before 2-1 so I have not had it 30 days, Yes i was issued 5,00 but that coupon is for 5,00 off EVERY purchase over 20.00 and you can use it as many times as you want. I received the same coupon last yr. around this time. Did u see on my account that is says “no available coupons”? Did you try again to re-add it? I’m losing a lot of money here, as yo u can see how much I order. I don’t think it’s fair of you to say there’s nothing you can do. I still have the paper coupon that was sent to me in my charge statement saying it doesn’t expire until 2-28. This is clearly some kind or error on HSN’s end not mine . can’t you look into this further? Discuss with supervisor etc… please respond to this message so I know you read it thank you

Hi @jazzy333, I sadly have done everything on my end regarding the coupon as I have added it to your account in my system. This particular coupon is good for 30 days from receipt so if you received the coupon priori to 2/1, the coupon be expired at this time.
I see one of my fellow team members has issued $5 in Spendable Ka$h to honor the coupon.
