Is it true you are not able to use a sharpener once you use the initial tip of the eyeliner? Can you sharpen it as needed until the entire pencil is gone? Some reviews said you only get the use of the tip of the liner and then nothing more. I just ordered it and I will be disappointed if that is the case. I bought it with the understanding I can sharpen it and use the entire pencil. Thanks for your help.
