KitchenHQ ice maker
I was given this icemaker as a gift from my sister last September when it was a TS. Well guess what? It has stopped working! HSN gave us the contact information for the company but no one has answered the phone! It’s just a voicemail message! What5’s going on? The machine has a 12 month warranty and its not sold anymore at HSN. I would like a new unit or credit to purchase another brand that works.

Thank you Angela at HSNbut I spoke to a C/S rep today and he wasn’t any help at all. He gave me the same information that I already had. Still no answer from Kitchen HQ, have they gone out of business?
The ice maker is expensive and should have lasted several years, I live alone so no little ones around. Please help. -

You can also reach them directly at maxi-matic.com. You can email them directly about the warranty there, as well. I recommend leaving a message with them or reaching out through the website for additional assistance.
