Hi HSN,

I just ordered the KitchenAid Pro 600 6-Quart Bowl-Lift Stand Mixer
(811-539) yesterday. Of course I have not received the mixer yet but the question is are these mixers brand new or refurbished? Only asking because some of the people had said the mixer came in a plain brown box and not the original mixers carton. I was just curious. Thanks for your time.

Hi @killelroy, I completely understand your concern regarding the way the item is packaged. Unless the product description states that the item is refurbished, or an As-Is item, all items are brand new.
