I would appreciate a response to this question which I have asked 2X already. What happened to the Exchange button on the order status page. I spoke with someone who woud ook into it but nothing. I’ve written here as wel about this. Kindly respond, customer Service.

I’m sorry that you haven’t received a response yet, @ebony46! I would be happy to help. The Exchange button should still be showing online. The only reason it would be removed is if the item is outside of the return timeframe, or if no items are currently available for replacement.
