Keep loyal customers happy
Some of us that have shopped with HSN and QVC for over a decade or more…have seen changes that are having us not shop as much. Management needs to read the comments.

I agree. I don’t tune in anymore. I did purchase a couple of items since the change. They arrived well within the ETA. I definitely am not buying as much. I miss the fall gardening shows and just the whole atmosphere. What’s the point of saying anything. It isn’t going back to what it was. Great move for long time customers. I suspect we are not who they were trying to please.. They are trying to get the younger crowd. Guess what? No young person I know gives a hoot about either shopping channel.

I doubt they’re appealing to a young crowd with their fashions.Maybe just Guiliana.I’m not young and I do like a lot of her stuff.I don’t purchase half as much as I used to.I think it has more to do with the sky high prices for me.I think beauty kits and Andrew will keep me shopping here.
