I am so very upset
The end of August beginning of September my mom ordered me the DeLorean E-bike on flex pay… mind you this was our 3rd attempt… this time it was successful went through everything day it was supposed to be delivered arrives no bike. Mom contacts them and they say it got lost in transit… she asks how’s that possible when it never made it to ups and instead of offering to make it right or fix it they tell her you’ll get your money back in blank days. That’s wonderful except that was how I was supposed to get back and forth to work and save 200$ a week for lyft rides. It seems they don’t care that something was stolen by an employee or that they oversold them and instead of doing what was right they figured giving the money will make everything right. It doesn’t. I was excited for my bike to get back and forth to work!
