Just won item but no email from Customer Service saying that I won
My name is **********, E mail is ********** I am a long time customer and won under the name eugeniacath . Wondering why I did not get an email about my win or assurances that it will be sent to me.

Hi @eugeniacath, I took a look at the Arcade FAQs and the information that appears on the winners’ page is not legally verified. You will be contacted via email if you are the potential winner. If we do not hear back from you within the time allotted in the Official Rules, your win will be forfeited and an alternate winner may or may not be selected.
