Items I ordered seem to have been cancelled
I ordered some items on 11/4/19 at NOON. This was the day before “Craft Day”. Today 2 of the items say they are in packaging but, under flex pay and when I click on the order number they state the items have been refunded. I did NOT cancel the orders. Also, the items are now out of stock so I can’t reorder them. Please explain what is happening to my orders.

I’m sorry to see that your orders were canceled, @fidjet23. Is there a specific item you’re inquiring about? I see that there were multiple attempts to order the Crafter’s Companion Verse Stamps & Storage Folder, with one order currently in packaging.
I also see that there was a request for the Anna Griffin Wreath Cut and Emboss Dies to be placed on 6 FlexPay as well as the Crafter’s Companion Sara Surprise Card Making Box.
