Item never shipped
Item was ordered on November 26th on flex pay and was charged the next day. My order says shipped but it wasn’t. When I tracked it, it says a label was created and hasn’t been given to UPS yet to ship. Today is December 8th and I have contacted HSN customer service. First person said it was shipped and UPS hasn’t updated on their end. That wasn’t the case. Second person there is a delay in warehouse and would be shipped soon and give it a couple more days. Third person said it shows shipped but I had to explain that if you click on tracking( which she obviously didn’t do) then it shows label was created but not given to UPS. I shouldn’t have to tell customer service how it works with shipping. Very frustrating cuz I’m just getting the run around cuz customer service doesn’t want to deal with it. Had similar issue with a prior order.

Spoke to customer service again other day. It was the NFL blanket in Broncos team. Someone did put a request to the warehouse about responding to my order. Warehouse didn’t respond so I canceled my order. It’s sold out so can’t do a reorder.
