Item marked "shipped" but hasn't actually left in 9 days
I ordered a Traeger grill on 11/27/20. It was in packaging for a day and then marked as shipped. It’s been in status of “initiated” for 9 straight days now. I talked to customer service and they referred me to the shipper. I contacted them and they told me they haven’t received the shipment from HSN. I understand it’s a heavy / large shipment, but it would be nice to know either what the holdup is or when I can expect it to be delivered – since it’s already 3 days past the shipper’s estimated delivery date.

Hello @bbrookins. I replied on the “Traeger” thread as well. Your order is in transit and tracking should update shortly. The carrier will contact you to schedule delivery. Our warehouse is working on getting all the orders to the carrier. We thank you for your patience.
