IT problem — can't see order status

At the top of the home page, it says My Account with a little up/down arrow. It doesn’t work. When IT added the “Recent” swirl, everything else stopped working.
Sigh.

Are you using the App or Web to access your HSN account? If you are using the Web please clear all cookies and cache.

I don’t think that’s it. Another topic says there’s a problem with HSN.com. I hope your phone is ringing off the hook with complaints.
