Issues with returns
Hello,
I emailed customer service on these issues last Friday and still has not gotten a response as of yet. Would you please help!
– Return processed however my spendable Ka$h amount was not credited back to my account. Item # 652-150 order placed on July 13th
– Item # 655-738 was also returned in the same package as item # 652-150 and the foundation was not processed. Would you please contact your return department and has this item processed as a return?

I am also having a bad time with a return. I used the prepaid label and customer service said it was not scanned and I had to have a receipt. I never get a receipt when I use the prepaid label. Now I am having to pay for an item I did not keep. I had a similar problem with a return of a Rhonda Shear item and the bad had 3 bras and I returned 3 bras. Customer service said 1 bra was not returned. What? If it doesn’t fit why would I keep one? I have virtually stopped shopping with HSN and only order from QVC now. When any item is returned by mail on the prepaid label, they immediately send a notice saying “Your Return is on the Way”. That is very helpful.If I don’t see that, I know there is an immediate problem.
I am disgusted HSN has robbed me of $40.00 on this Joy/Iman purse “AS IS” item,but it will be the last time I get robbed. HSN is NOTHING like it was when it started. HSN needs to go out of business because it is nothing like it used to be.There was a time when CS would do anything to make a customer happy and satisfied–no more.it’s prove it or IT UP!
Well, I can’t prove it. They’re extremely inefficient and uncaring.-
catnip716, sorry to hear. I had my share of headaches with almost every HSN returns. Luckily, it works out in the end but it does not take away the frustration that I have been put through.
Each and almost every time, one or 2 items in the package will not get processed and instead of helping, it is always the same song from customer service that I have to wait 8 days. It is beyond me that a package was opened and some items are returned and some are not. I honestly do not see the logic behind this.With all Evine returns, I always get an e-mail that my return is on its way, received and being processed and a last e-mail stating your item(s) were processed. Never, I encounter this issue with Evine, All items are always processed at once although they are slow processing returns but it is done right. I no longer shop at QVC but I did experienced some minor issues with returns with them as well but nothing like HSN.

Hi @cmd1! I’m sorry to hear that you haven’t received a response regarding your concerns. I took a look at the return for item # 652-150 and the Spendable Ka$h that was used on that order was from a price guarantee which is not reinstated when an item is returned.
For the return of item # 665-738, it doesn’t look like it was processed yet. Please allow 8 days from the date we received it for the warehouse to fully process the package.

So, you mean I am losing that spendable ka$h that was entitled to me for an item returned because I got a merchandise in which the Lancôme products were not even half full in the containers that has huge air pockets or I received someone else’s return. I am very disappointed in HSN. I am overseas and cannot call right now as it will cost me money to call the US. When I get back in the States, I will make a phone call because the amount should be refunded to me due to the circumstances.
Also, why was the other items processed and not the foundation in the same package?
