Order Bell + Howell 4-pack KnightHawk Gem & Glitter Pen w/Lighted Magnifier – 724-707
The diamond on the top of the pen has fallen out I don’t know if you guys send out a replacement or what we should do about this because I really did like the pen.please help me with this problem thanks. I tried pushing it back in but that won’t work it won’t stay in

    @duckey56, I’m sorry we’re unable to send out a replacement stone. We could do an exchange but this would require you return all of the pens. We’re unable to just exchange the one. I could issue you a partial refund of $6.50 to keep as is or if you wanted to place a new order, I could help you with a discount of the same amount. Please let me know which option works best for you.

      @hsn_ryan I take the as is deal please . Can you put the differences back on my HSN Card? If not it’s okay as spendable kash… tysm for the help..
