Is HSN no longer providing return shipping labels?

My mom and I will no longer be shopping with HSN. I have purchased numerous items this month. I found the quality to be lacking, and decided to return them. The items did not contain return shipping labels. I therefore had to print up labels to return the items. This is really inconvenient, and a change from how things were done previously.
