Incorrect House Number on Shipment
I have one package being returned to sender and another in transit. The one being returned cannot be redelivered to me. The other needs the house number changed. According to UPS, they cannot change the house number because it is Innovations. They said that HSN can make the necessary changes with them. The package is not due to be delivered before Wednesday or Thursday.
I will need a refund on the first package, unless there is a way to be redelivered. I’m hoping this will not occur with the second one. The address was correct in my file along with the house number. This is not the first time this problem has occurred. There were other episodes at the beginning of the year when the person or persons who were packaging decided to change the house number not only on my account but with anything being shipped

I apologize for the delayed response @2bill. Once an order is placed, we are unable to make any changes to the address it is being sent to. It looks like the items are due to be delivered tomorrow. Please let us know if you do not receive your items by 12/10 and we can see what we can do to help.

Hi HSN_Krissy. The item numbers are 687-948 and 687-944. I will be able to order the 687-944 in my size. However, the other one I can only order in large. Funny, that is the one I really wanted and ordered it before it was shown on both the TV and internet. My wrist size is the same as Colleens’.
Those were the Item Numbers. Did you by chance want the order numbers?????

I apologize for this delayed response @oodiebom. Before I give you a refund, I would have to wait a few days since they were just shipped on 11/26 & 11/29 respectively. I’ll certainly keep an eye on this for you and follow back up if anything changes.

I should have known. They put their phone off the hook so you have a busy signal all day. So we took a ride. They close at 4:30 pm. I thought they were opened to at least 5 pm or later because of the holidays. May try again tomorrow.

Ok, another update. This time I tried a phone call AGAIN. The phone rang 4 times (I’m not kidding–LOL) and it was an automatic hangup. Mail delivery to our address is around 2 pm. I feel like a cowgirl in that I will be waiting at the “pass” to see if I can retrieve said package. Is it worth it? Yes, for the correct size……

Boy @oodiebom, it’s been a wild ride so far hasn’t it!? I just checked the tracking and it looks like the other piece was returned to sender and just updated in their system today. The size you want is currently on Waitlist or I can exchange it for another large and make sure the address for the replacement goes to the correct place. I’ve issued a refund for the original order for item number 687944 since you’ve reordered it.

Hi Again. Hubby and I went to the mailroom to see if the mail rep was there. He was. He said he put it in a bin to be returned to sender early this morning. His Supervisor was there as well and made a call to the Post Office while I was waiting. The person who answered did a search and found it must have started the return process. I figured it was on it’s way to Tampa and asked if it could be turned around. The answer was that once it left the Post Office it was out of their hands. Here’s another scenario. The Post Office I tried to contact yesterday and drove to is not our Post Office. They sent me to the wrong one. I guess in this case “two wrongs don’t make a right.” (LOL)
Ok next. I put myself on waitlist for the correct size, but would also love this bracelet in the large. Please reorder if you can in the Large. I checked on the other order and the house number is correct and so is the address. WOW 111111 (LOL). Now go back and relax. I consider this case now closed. And, yes, it was a wild ride, and I made it home in one piece. How lucky can that be…….Have a great week. And thanks a million for everything.

I”ve been following the tracking of both pieces. The first one should have been received by the Warehouse today. The other is still en route to me. Will try making a phone call to our Post Office and see if they have received it and if not will they hold for me to pick up or have it delivered. Will let you know the outcome.

That’s disappointing to hear @oodiebom. Sadly we are unable to make any changes to any orders once they are processed. Do you mind providing the item numbers for the items in question?
