
I'm mad as heck and..
I’m not taking it anymore. This is the 2nd time I’ve believed a Marla Wynne listing when it described the pants as having pockets and there are no pockets. Ms. Marla you must get your typist to improve how they describe the garment especially about pockets. I won’t wear anything without pockets and now I will have to return these pants. However, I am requesting that Customer Service email me a free return label as this is really a big mistake which is an inconvenience not only to myself but others as well. I will be chatting with Customer Service about getting that label and I hope someone makes an effort to improve the reliability of the listing. Item 789-385. Chiffon pants without pockets!

It appears you spoke with us earlier today and a label was requested. You can also print this from your account online. I apologize that you have been through so much needless frustration with us and hope you’ll allow us another chance to make it right!

Thank you, Angela for the courteous reply. I do appreciate that. What has caused me to be” mad as heck” is that this has happened to me twice with MW’s line. The last CS rep with whom I spoke insisted that she would let the right people know about the listing being incorrect.
That wasn’t done. Now it happened again. It’s hard to rely on the info given if is incorrect not once but twice. This line isn’t cheap, so I expect reliable information. I have already packed up the pants and will stick with Guiliana who has similar pants with pockets. Thanks again and I will use the return label sent to me.
