I’m calling the BBB and Consumer Affaires
I have been trying to speak to someone and paying my bill and it proofes impossible. If and when you finally get someone on the phone, they pretend that they cannot hear you or the phones are staticky and disconnect you. However
When dialing the same number but choose ordering options, THEY HEAR YOU VERY CLEARLY AND NOTHING WRONG WITH THE LINE.
My acc has been transferred to synchrony and I have no info on this and have a small balance to pay but to no avail. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and Consumer Affaires. Someone needs to call me xxx-xxx-xxxx ASAP.

Hi @parbre – Sorry for the inconvenience. While we can’t provide full account numbers over the phone for security purposes, there are a number of ways we can help:
-Please call Synchrony’s HSN Card Services at (844) 889-9676 for an HSN Private Label Credit Card or (844) 889-9674 for an HSN Mastercard. You can enter # to bypass the account number enter and reach the first available team member
-You can also contact Synchrony directly through their Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/SynchronyFinancial) or Twitter (http://twitter.com/asksynchrony). If you send your phone number by private message or DM, they’ll call you directly to assist.
The team can help process payments (and waive any fees), update your account details and answer any questions you may have on your account.
To sign up for Eservice, you will need your full account number. Your next statement, which should arrive within a couple of weeks, will provide the account number you need to sign up.
Again, we’re sorry for the inconvenience. Thank you for being an HSN Customer!
