If you want change, change yourself..
I’ve been reading a lot of complaints about no return labels, expensive returns, product quality, taking orders and not fulfilling them, and so on. I’d like to suggest that customers stop buying from this company because that is the only way to get them to respect their customer base and do some changing also. I love shopping online but really have everything I need. This holiday I’m giving gift cards or money and that’s that.
I agree. That is exactly what I have done, too. I do think, however, that it is important to complain so that the company knows and understands that some of their customer base is not happy with the service. It is the only way they will know why the dollars stop rolling in to their business.
Absolutely. I agree that we should voice our complaints. But when a company continues to not listen or care, it’s time to move on.
