I WILL NEVER PURCHASE LED LIGHTS FROM HSN AGAIN
I purchased the Winter Lane 2 pack 150 LED Solar Powered Light Strands. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT FROM HSN AGAIN. After following product instructions and taking time to wrap the porch poles they did not work as advertised. I’m 70 years old. My knees can’t take going up and down ladders any longer so these lights will stay up until I get someone to take them down. I don’t want to return for refund as I plan to trash these cheap lights when they are taken down.

I’m truly sorry that your lights stopped working, @connief70! I understand that it’s difficult to remove them once they are up and returning them can be a hassle, so while I’m unable to offer a full refund, I was able to provide a $9 partial refund for the set. You should see this back on your original method of payment within 72 hours. If you do decide to send them back, you have until 1/31/2024.
