I WAS OVERCHARGED!

I sent multiple emails and will keep doing so until you solve my problem! I ordered something and applied NEW20 or something similar coupon. The total cost was $23.94 with the coupon. Then I selected a 2flex payments of $13.94 and $11 and WAS CHARGED $23.94 AS A FIRST PAYMENT. My email than said I AUTHORIZED the first payment of that much and it was clearly showing me only $13.94. Why in the love of God you have to scam people? False advertisement, stealing money with that type of methods… No! I will expect my item for $23.94 and probably NEVER again use your site where people do not know how much they will pay. Like a green market in a village.. So unprofessional. I never get angry but when people mess with my hard earned money, that is a different story.
