I’m very grateful for the truthful posts. I do not want to deal with any of the terrible situations others have obviously been through. It’s disheartening to know a person buys something in good faith only to get an item that is disgusting. I sincerely hope HSN has made things right with each incident reported and hopefully changes have been made to ensure this sort of thing doesn’t happen to anyone in the future. “Returned” is one thing but there is no excuse for conditions stated.
