
I sent Customer Care an email..
Once again, a coupon hasn’t worked for me. I tried today to use it and the website said it worked. But it didn’t. I wrote you last week about another coupon which didn’t work, and you said to write to SocialCare.com. So I already did that. I’ll have to cancel the Rhonda Shear order if we can’t resolve this by midnight as I’d rather use the coupon on these items today.

I’m sorry we couldn’t apply the coupon to your order before it shipped. When an order is on Flex Pay, we can only apply a coupon once the order ships. When an order is done as a single charge, we can apply the coupon right away. I do see your order for the Rhonda Shear items is canceled. I was able to submit feedback regarding the error with the coupon, and the inconvenience and stress this caused. I hope when you apply the coupon to your next order, there is no trouble.
