I really goofed!!!

Yesterday I purchased the set of JM lotus candle holders (765-423) on 3 flex pays. Well today they are on 5 flex pays, called CS was told they can’t change the 3 flex pays, but I could cancel, then reorder the item for 5 flex. It’s now in packaging and I can’t cancel,then reorder. It’s less then 24 hrs. but I can’t change the flex. Wow, I really should have waited…my bad.

I’m truly sorry that you were unable to take advantage of the 5 Flex Payments on your candle holders, @tillyboy. Our prices and promotions do change from day to day and I do understand your concern that we were unable to cancel the order so soon. We work closely with the warehouse and our partners to offer the fastest shipping possible. This does mean there is a limited window for the order to be canceled before it is shipped.
