I really goofed!!!
Yesterday I purchased the set of JM lotus candle holders (765-423) on 3 flex pays. Well today they are on 5 flex pays, called CS was told they can’t change the 3 flex pays, but I could cancel, then reorder the item for 5 flex. It’s now in packaging and I can’t cancel,then reorder. It’s less then 24 hrs. but I can’t change the flex. Wow, I really should have waited…my bad.

Our prices and promotions do change from day to day and I do understand your concern that we were unable to cancel the order so soon.
