I need help from customer service please.
Can someone from customer service help me please? I ordered Davids cookies spring bunny item on single ship when I wanted auto ship, and I have contacted customer service twice and they keep telling me that they can’t help me with that and that I would have to reorder which I did not want to do,don’t see the need for it, but I ended up doing anyway in order for me to get the auto ship. now I have to make a note that my first order is still sitting in packaging, for 6 days now so I dont understand why they wouldnt help me in the first place, convert the single ship to auto ship I mean, and my second order the auto ship is now in processing , I would appreciate any kind of help or guidance with this order and also I want to make a note that I had used a coupon on my first order, the single ship which I would not want to loose.

Hi @ellada, the reason why we are unable to just place your single shipment order on Auto-Ship is because they are two different item numbers. But what I have done is I have canceled your order that you placed today for the Auto-Ship and then reopened the Auto-Ship so your next shipment will be on 6/19/2021.
