I Don’t Have Permission to Access Website.

I have been trying to order several DG2 items the past couple of days via the website. However, I keep getting a message that says I do not have permission to access the HSN site either through windows, my iPad or my phone; different servers but same message. I would like to know what the message means. I have been a solid 30 year old customer who pays on time or ahead of it. If I can no longer access the site please tell me how I close my account and pay off my bill. I am certain there are other online retailers who will appreciate the business.
