Hsn won't accept payment method
I’m trying to purchase a smart TV with flex pay, the payment would be about $38 for payments. Everytime I enter my debit card info, it says that HSN can’t accept or can’t take this payment method. I’ve bought things off of this website before using flex pay and with the same debit card. What could be the problem?

I’m not understanding why when I choose paypal, it wants me to pay the entire order amount and not the flex pay amount AND the person above who said that their debit card is declined and won’t let them pay flexpay is also another issue that I’m having.
