HSN website freezes on multiple devices

For the last several weeks, I’ve had issues with the HSN website freezing up on me. I’ve had it happen on my home laptop as well as my work laptop so I know it’s not machine specific. When I launch the page, everything seems to load but there is a delay in the Account button appearing next to the favorites. Sometimes it appears and when I click on it, the page freezes. Sometimes it comes back on its own but other times it locks up the browser completely.
