HSN Website – BIG REQUEST !
Dear HSN Customer Service Team,
I have been a loyal customer for decades (since around 1996) and enjoy your wide variety of products. You have some wonderful, entertaining hosts (such as Debbie D and Callie Northagen and vendors and we enjoy watching these shows very
much. We literally order every week from HSN.
I recently noticed that in your Website “Search field” (with the magnifying glass next to it), text gets automatically entered (as some form of enticement it seems), which I find to be very annoying and distracting.
Is there any way you could remove this new feature please? I order primarily online (laptop or my phone) and this is very bothersome.

While we haven’t received any other complaints about this, please know that we take your feedback seriously and we’ll do everything we can to get to the bottom of it. In the meantime, please check the settings on all of your devices that you use to access our site, as it’s possible that the autocomplete feature may be causing the issue. it has nothing to do with our settings on our computers or phones…. it’s something that the HSN Website does to entice customers searching for items and we certainly don’t need that.
Please fix that for your loyal customer base.

I know what she’s talking about. It it very irritating to me too! Search for Easter dresses shoes .. on and on.
