Hey HSN — is there any possible chance of your IT people repairing your FREAKING web so that it works properly. I am so SICK of dealing with constant freezing, messages appearing that have absolutely nothing to do with I am attempting to read or order and the mistakes on auto-ship orders. OMG, enough is enough!!
