HSN to SYNCHRONY
Hi. I just went to my HSN Credit Card Account and when I try to Log-in there’s a banner that says:
“This account is no longer serviced by Comenity Capital Bank. Please contact your new servicing lender for assistance.”
But there’s no CONTACT NUMBER or LINK to the website where my HSN Account has gone.
Can you help me please? I don’t know what to do now. Thanks.

Thank you this helped me I too was tearing out my hair. Gee.would of nice to be informed. Paying it off and closing. They don’t need my business if they can’t inform me of changes.

Well, after calling Comenity’s Customer Service number, (1-877-851-3121), I was given a number to call Synchrony Bank’s Customer Service. I called that number and was told it was the wrong number to be calling, so, they gave me another number to call. I called that number and, you guessed it, it was again the wrong number to call concerning our HSN Accounts being transferred to Synchrony. I was given yet another number to call and it was the right one!
For the branch of Synchrony now servicing our HSN Accounts, the number is 1-844-889-9676.
Alissa, (the Customer Service rep I spoke to), explained that the dedicated Website for our Accounts will not be up and running until Monday, August 26-2019 after 8-am EDT. The Website URL is: http://www.hsn.syf.com
Also, we can use our existing HSN Credit Card, but, Synchrony will be sending us new Cards anywhere from Sept 2nd thru Oct; so, be on the lookout for a new Credit Card, (with new numbers), coming in the mail.
Boy, did I ever tear my hair out over this! *lol*
