HSN to SYNCHRONY
Hi. I just went to my HSN Credit Card Account and when I try to Log-in there’s a banner that says:
“This account is no longer serviced by Comenity Capital Bank. Please contact your new servicing lender for assistance.”
But there’s no CONTACT NUMBER or LINK to the website where my HSN Account has gone.
Can you help me please? I don’t know what to do now. Thanks.

Well, after calling Comenity’s Customer Service number, (1-877-851-3121), I was given a number to call Synchrony Bank’s Customer Service. I called that number and was told it was the wrong number to be calling, so, they gave me another number to call. I called that number and, you guessed it, it was again the wrong number to call concerning our HSN Accounts being transferred to Synchrony. I was given yet another number to call and it was the right one!
For the branch of Synchrony now servicing our HSN Accounts, the number is 1-844-889-9676.
Alissa, (the Customer Service rep I spoke to), explained that the dedicated Website for our Accounts will not be up and running until Monday, August 26-2019 after 8-am EDT. The Website URL is: http://www.hsn.syf.com
Also, we can use our existing HSN Credit Card, but, Synchrony will be sending us new Cards anywhere from Sept 2nd thru Oct; so, be on the lookout for a new Credit Card, (with new numbers), coming in the mail.
Boy, did I ever tear my hair out over this! *lol*

Thank you this helped me I too was tearing out my hair. Gee.would of nice to be informed. Paying it off and closing. They don’t need my business if they can’t inform me of changes.

SUNDAY, SEP 1-2019… Yeah, the girl I spoke to gave me the wrong address!
You have to go to GOOGLE and type -in : Synchrony HSN
Then scroll down a little bit until you see : Manage Your HSN Credit Card Account – Synchrony
Click on that, and it will take you to the Synchrony site dedicated to our HSN Accounts.
You will have to Register to get in. Have your HSN Credit Card number available as you will have to type that in, in order to successfully Register and get to your Account.

Nice work HSN All you care about is taking our money. Not one word about who to contact about maintaining my account. Comenity no longer services it so it was sold to Synchrony bank.
You think an email or snail mail would be nice to notify your customers. Again with Customer NO SERVICE -
used to be so easy to make a payment just scrolling down I just tried to pay through HSN kept telling me wrong password then put my card number in and it said wrong information so I came here. Thank you FairyMaiden for doing all this.

I really hate that this company doesn’t care about their customers. They just love to penalize you when you don’t get them their payment and they make it so difficult for you so that they can tag on late fees. It’s so true what the Bible says : the borrower is a slave to the lender. Can’t wait to pay this debt off!

Thank You FaireMaiden for all the information you provided. I have just spent over an hour trying to make a payment online, thought I was loosing my mind!! Called the …9676 # and literally had to jump through hoops just to speak with a representative, and then she gives me the incorrect website address!! Truly this should have been dealt with in a much more organized/professional manner. If it were not for you, well, lets just say, I would have been online & on the phone for many more hours!

Tried everything to access my account, to pay it online. Even tried to re-register the card on the Synchrony/HSN site. After waiting on hold for 15 minutes, I Just spoke to Tatianna from Synchrony/HSN (1-844-889-9676) & she advised me that I cannot pay my bill online, until I receive the new credit card, with my new account number. Once received, I must register that new card, create a new user I’d & password & then I can pay it online. Should get the new card by approximately September 7th. Good job HSN, ever hear of communication??🤷🏻♀️

Hi, Lucy. I am sorry you have had all the same problems I had in figuring out how to pay our HSN Bill. UGH!
Alas, Tatianna is incorrect. I was told that we don’t have to wait until we get the new cards and, indeed, that is the case. I made a payment to my account at the Synchrony site just today. If you follow my instructions, you will be able to get to the site, register with your existing HSN Account number, and make a payment.

Wow! No wonder I’m still having issues. I even tried logging on again this morning and it didn’t work. Thanks for taking the time to post your experience. I did get a hold of a CSR (cust. svc. rep) at Synchrony (their voice recognition system is horrible by the way) and finally pay my bill over the phone at extra NO CHARGE to me. The CSR even tried to log into the same website as me and got the same error, so I feel a little validated. Meanwhile, my BBB complaint was forwarded to the Ohio office of Synchrony and hopefully will get some attention and resolution. Someone in the C-Suite at HSN and Synchrony has dropped the ball here and left the customers floundering.

Remember to have your HSN Credit Card Number available as you will need it to Register your Account there.
Also, don’t worry about the new Cards being sent out. Once you receive it, the Synchrony site will ask you to Register with the New Synchrony Card Number… sometime between late September and October.

I registered my HSN credit card number with Synchrony over a week ago. I received a confirmation email and a bill pay reminder with a link to access my account. I have tried for over a week on three different devices to log into my account and pay my bill. I am unable to access my account. Keep getting a process error message that says they are having technical difficulty retrieving my account information and to try again later. This is beyond frustrating. Called Synchrony and they had absolutely no idea why I’m getting the message and can’t access my account. The woman I spoke with tried to tell me it was because I registered my HSN card and not the new one, which I haven’t received yet and I’d have to re-register. I know that’s not right because the latest email I received shows the last four digits of my new card number, so I know they’re connected. Guess I’m just going to have to pay my bill by phone.

I set up all my information on the 26th of August like suggested. I never had any problems with setting it up, and used my “old” HSN card number. I just now paid my bill online thru Synchrony also. No problem.

Still can’t get my HSN card to get registered with Synchrony! Have not received a new card.
This is a problem.
HSN or Synchrony really need to look into this and get a final resolution.
