HSN Server Acting Funny "Access Denied" & Can't Use Promo Emailed by HSN to Me

Have no idea if HSN is having maintenance performed on server, but I have had trouble with “Access Denied” messages. Once I got pass that, I attempted to use the 20% off promo that HSN emailed me, but no luck. I checked to see if I was going by the rules and it looks like I was. It is a bit disappointing not to be able to use the promo. I have tried using a different computer, a different browser, etc., etc.

I am still receiving “Access Denied” in the upper left corner of the screen when I come to “Community” although I am typing this in the same instance. Hopefully this will be lined out in time. However, the promo is only for today so I will probably miss out on it. That’s alright. I don’t really need anything anyway.
