Hsn return label address was wrong. .

I sent back a defective charger. It was pulled after 1 month. Too many returns and horrible reviews. I printed the return address from my order. I paid USPS $ 11.60 to return the defective charger. Usps has the box stuck in Florida. Can a moderator check my order and refund my money and return charges? Customer service was no help. I am very disappointed. It is not my fault the return address was not correct.
