HSN no longer giving credit for S&H
Apparently, when we return an item, we are only given credit for the purchase price – not for S&H. Consequently, we “get” to pay for the S&H initially charged to us TOGETHER with the charge we pay for the items. So, we could end up paying $7 or more for NOTHING!
I notice the hosts now say 30 day return policy for a refund on the “Purchase Price.” It use to be “complete refund.”
I’m getting more and more dissatisfied with HSN and QVC. I can go to Dillard’s or Macy’s and get everything I want and just as good if not better quality and return it for a total refund.
IF I order anything from either Q or HSN, I’ll make sure it comes with free shipping or I’ll wait until it’s Free Shipping on Everything. I don’t have money to pay for NOTHING!

@jmc1365, items purchased between September 12 – December 24, can be returned for a full refund on the original form of payment minus shipping costs as long as the item is postmarked by January 31, 2021.Refunds on original form of payment MINUS SHIPPING COSTS. So it’s true. Are they ever going to tell us this on air? This is a game changer for me.

That was one of the greatest perks about HSN they refunded the shipping cost. I know QVC doesn’t so I am very careful about what I buy from them. I guess I will have to start doing that with HSN! Otherwise your paying like 10.00 every time you return something and I cant afford that! Several months ago they stopped giving the 5.00 spendable cash on return shipping if you had the HSN card. Ugg now this! I wish QVC would adopt some of HSN policies instead of HSN always switching to QVC’s ones!!! I will only be purchasing items with free shipping or ones that I am pretty sure I won’t be returning.
