HSN keeps cancelling my orders.
I have tried to order a Cricut Explore Air 2 from you multiple times as a gift to my granddaughter out of state; I have had my orders cancelled with no explanation. I should be eligible for Flexpay, I have ordered from HSN in the past multiple times without any previous issue — even paying close to 1k on flexpay for a laptop. Why am I unable to buy it in particular, and if I am not allowed to, when will I get my money back? I have a feeling the order I just placed will be cancelled too.

@gmom55, I’m sorry to see we weren’t able to process your order on FlexPay. Please know this doesn’t mean you won’t be eligible for future FlexPay orders. I don’t have specific information about your order but you’ll receive a letter with more information within 7-10 business days. Since the orders were cancelled, you’re seeing the authorization hold for the order. This should show as a pending transaction and will normally fall off your account in 3-5 business days depending on your banks policy.
